Confirmed from Bratt Woods' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Bratt Woods
“I may be a bit bias, but it is a beautiful little slice of wisconsin!”
Birding paradise! I went in mid-May and was greeted by the distinctive song of a Wood Thrush. Many species must have been migrating because I saw many birds I am not familiar with, although my Audubon app helped me identify the few Scarlet Tangers I was seeing up close.
Great little trail and forest! I may be a bit bias, but it is a beautiful little slice of wisconsin!
Walk with caution though. Lots of rocks and roots covered by Fall foliage.
Trail conditions & character
“I may be a bit bias, but it is a beautiful little slice of wisconsin!”
“The path is well wood chipped, but could get muddy after large rains due to how everything is sloped towards the river.”
“The path forms a short loop and is accessible from a small parking area, or from right off of the Interurban Trail (there's even a place to lock up your bike.”
