Confirmed from Pleasant Valley Park & Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (123 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 6 mentions

“I went snow shoeing there and it was very beautiful and peaceful!”

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“It's great because there were never any dogs off leash and it was a nice easy trail to hike in a reasonable amount of time.”

I used to take my dog here to walk her. It's great because there were never any dogs off leash and it was a nice easy trail to hike in a reasonable amount of time. There's also an area on the trail that has benches and a deck-like area that overlooks the woods.

Absolutely love this park. The mountain bike trails in white walking trails are awesome! There's always people here but not too many so you have space to roam around freely. They do a very good job of keeping everything well maintained as well a marking trails well too!

The mtb trails at Pleasant Valley could be my favorite Milwaukee area trails if they had some more progressive features. Things like some wood berms, cannons, teeter-totters, and skinnies. As it is it's a great trail I just would like to see more. Maybe a hose or shower head to rinse off after a ride too.

Great place to go snowshoeing, fat tire bike trails here and they encourage snowshoes to help groom the trails. Not overly crowded and everyone I met was friendly.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 18 mentions

“Trails aren't marked very well so you have to pay attention where the trails lead to other than that no complaints,I believe pets on a leash are welcome .”
