Confirmed from Burdette Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Huge, 170-acre park & recreation area featuring mini-golf, waterslides, playgrounds & more.
What runners say about Burdette Park
“Always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful.”
“I’m grateful for Burdette’s wonderful staff that keep the venue beautiful and running!”
What prompted my review was an 18 year old staff member, Cypress. He was at the bottom of the two bigger flights of stairs walking the same direction as me and saw me walking with 3 young kids and two big swim bags. He offered to help carry my bags up the stairs for me, which I allowed.
I rented the O’Day Discovery Lodge for my wedding and reception, and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful and easy experience. Zack was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process.
Burdette Park, one of our favorite places to walk and sit on a quiet bench in the Spring and the Summer has suffered from the bad weather that brought more rain to it than in the flood of 1997.
Been coming here after our annual Regional Convention for several years now. Always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. Big enough to be fun for older kids, small enough to let them run around without concern. Beautiful surroundings - makes for a relaxing day after a busy long weekend.
