Confirmed from Butler-Freeport Community Trail Brinker Road Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Butler-Freeport Community Trail Brinker Road Trailhead

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (25 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

This is a very easy ride immerse in nature. The trail is not too busy, and at time it feel you are alone for miles. However, the trail is very well maintained and there are plenty of trail heads, to go in and out of the trail.

★★★★★ — Ron , Jun 2017

great for cyclists of all ages, wheelchairs, strollers, dogs, dogs in strollers, great trail

★★★★★ — Julie , Jul 2025

Lovely trail. Multifunction use. Great for bicycles. Also great for walking of course. Breathe in the fresh air and take in the joys of nature. This trail is very long so don't forget where you park. Please keep dogs on a leash and clean up after them.

★★★★★ — Mel , Apr 2026

Very quit and relaxing and lots of miles to get your steps in beautiful fall scenery right now but soon will be gone and the snow will start flying

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
