Confirmed from Cady Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small park with picnic tables, also offering river access for non-motorized boats.

My go to place for walking dogs and to socialize on First Street. Totally cool to see seals swimming in the Snohomish River. I use the rocks, cement blocks and trails to train Puppy Parkour
Cady Landing Park, 40 Maple Avenue — Edson Cady, born around 1828, named this place. In the 1950s, the Snohomish Sportsmen Club rigged a rudimentary boat launch for access to the river, improved upon over the years until 2021, when the Pilchuck Julia boat launch was dedicated upstream. It’s a lovely recreation place.
Thou not so big really facinating good pic sight Colobia river after running aboit 1200 miles is about to hide inthe sea
Cady Park is a lovely Riverside Walk or boat launch depending on what part of it you take that has multiple entrances across first street of Snohomish and is a beautiful place to even just grab a quick bite to eat from downtown and walk down by the river to enjoy your meal.
