Confirmed from Kla Ha Ya Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small green space along the Snohomish River offering walking & biking paths, fishing & picnicking.
What runners say about Kla Ha Ya Park
“With a set of stairs that leads down to the river you can go from crowded "downtown" to scenic waterfront almost immediately.”
As far as parks go this one is on the small side, however location is everything as far as this park is concerned. Set among downtown Snohomish this is a great place to stop and rest your feet as you enjoy ice cream in the shade of the trees.
Very nice park in Snohomish antique district. Provides access to the river walk as well as nice river views. We saw para-gliders above this area which was a pleasant surprise and photo op.
Beautiful place to go on a walk, especially when the sun is out. Then when walk is finished you can head on over to the Snohomish Bakery or Todo Mexico for a bite to eat.
Snohomish and Kla Ha Ya park are excellent places to visit for any reason. A nice walk, a bite to eat, some shopping, a few drinks. Its all their.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
