Confirmed from Snohomish downtown park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“I love it here, so beautiful, but some pruning needs to be done so we can see the river again!”

it's ok, nice walking trail but some hostile junkies were there last time I went

★★★★☆ — Jaren , Aug 2022

Great place for pictures and a walk. No equipment for the kids though.

★★★★☆ — Carolyn , Mar 2022

See my review for Cady Park as they're basically connected and I review the downtown park trail as part of it. It's a great little park I guarantee right by 1st st so good for picnics and enjoying Riverside atmosphere with takeout meals.

★★★★★ — Matthew , Aug 2023

My wife and I walk this park loop trail often. The loop is along the river and then along 1st street in Snohomish. We usually park at the bottom of hill at the start of the trail.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
