This place is our FAVE! Especially in early spring like right now (April 25th), the Camas Lillie’s are in full bloom! We live right behind the park and try to walk this every night. We bought our house because it’s close to the elementary school for our kids and this park, and wilderness Park as well! LOVE IT!
Beautiful nature walk. Easy trail. Fantastic for bird watching. Osprey nest on site. The Camas lilies are in bloom in April/May. Lots of beautiful wildflowers
Cute little loop with a few different biomes to explore and observe. Good option for a short easy walk with fresh sights. Some bird activity including an osprey nest at one viewpoint. I have observed low traffic on two recent visits in summer and late fall.
A light hike. The Nature Conservancy's restoration work is inspiring. Wetlands to savanna- all just beautiful. Good time to see Fawn lilies and many varieties of Trillium.❤️ Next week Camassia will be in full bloom.
