Confirmed from Canandaigua Vista Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

A beautiful, well-mainted preserve well worth a visit! The 1.5 mile trail tracks through and around the perimeter of healthy grassland and shrubland, bordered by mature forest. As the name suggests there are a few overlooks that provide glimpses of Canandaigua Lake behind the rolling hills of grassland and forest.
We have been here several times. Takes about an hour to walk the white trail (in the snow and ice) which the main loop. There was some snow and ice on the trail today, we had poles and strap on micro-spikes. Views of the lake, we often see deer, lots of birds and flowers in the spring, summer and fall. Enjoy year round
Great half hour stroll. Trails are well marked and it has some sneaky good overlooks of the lake and fields
Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature. The trails are easy to walk and well maintained. Great spot for a quiet прогулка and fresh air. Would definitely visit again.
