Confirmed from Canfield Island Heritage Trail Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Well maintained, and very walkable, with open areas as well as thick foliage.”
“A beautiful setting next to the river with very nice gravel loop walkway, this is a nice place to walk or ride a bike and check out the historical markers along the path.”
“Nice quiet area to get some fresh air and take a walk.”
A wonderful nature preserve so close to town it may be often overlooked. A beautiful setting next to the river with very nice gravel loop walkway, this is a nice place to walk or ride a bike and check out the historical markers along the path.
A beautiful scenic heritage and recreational area right inside the city of Williamsport.
Beautiful relaxing walk through the woods, in places along the river. We saw many birds, including a large flock of red wing blackbirds. Bathrooms (locked when we visited), picnic tables, pavilion, a grill. Very handicap or stroller accessible, as the paths are smooth, flat, and wide. Great place for a picnic.
Very clean, open places for dogs to run (please pick up after your pets!). Nice shaded trail, cool even on a hot day.
