Confirmed from Susquehanna River Walk's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Local riverfront attraction offering pedestrian walkways, plus fishing and biker trails.
What runners say about Susquehanna River Walk
“Nice paved walking/running/biking trail along the beautiful scenic Susquehanna river with the Appalachian mountains as a back drop.”
Nice place to go for walks or ride bikes and just relax by the river. Way to spend time with family or friends. Love mother nature and fishing. You should go and check it out.
A paved trail for walking or biking that travels along both sides of the beautiful Susquehanna River in Williamsport PA. Easy walking and riding and very scenic. Informational signage every so often that tell of different aspects of the lumbering history of Williamsport.
A "most enjoyable" nature/river walk!! The walk traverses both the North and South banks of the "Western Branch" of the Susquehanna River. The paved path is used mostly by locals, but tourists would enjoy it equally (or more).
This is a beautiful walk close to everything. We felt very safe and it gives you the nature while not having to drive a long ways out of town. Perfect place to get fresh air on a sunny day. (A little stinky at times…could be liter or the geese)
