Confirmed from Cascade Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful place for a walk or a stop to have lunch. So fun and relaxing. Especially great on a hot day. We had a great time exploring this little gem!

Pleasantly quiet and well kept. Found this by accident. The day we walked around it was very quiet and peaceful. A great place to relax and or take a walk or walk your pet. Picnic tables available throughout as well as a gazebo.

★★★★★ — Robert , Jul 2024

This is one of my favorite places in Bangor to bring my dog! There is a fountain, waterfall, benches around the walking trails to sit down on and a porta-potty which a lot of places don’t have.

★★★★★ — Abigail , Jul 2022

The park is gorgeous. Plenty of park benches to sit on a few picnic tables and a walking trail. It has a gazebo to look at however no seating. The huge disappointment is the water fountains are not running. I just posted a few pics.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
