Confirmed from Chapin Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved walking trails through a grassy space, plus a play area with slides and swings.

I spend so much time here with the kids. The play structures seem to never get old and there is so much space for them to run around. I love finding a shady tree to read a book while the kids hav fun. Bangor's neighborhood parks are the best!
Large grassy area compliments a decent, newer style playground. A Paved path around the perimeter allows for measured walks in a peaceful residential atmosphere with a elementary school next door.
What a beautiful quiet clean well manicured park. The playground here for the kids is super impressive and the free open space to roam and run is nothing short of awesome. Very easy to get to and easy parking up and down every street. We are really enjoying this quiet place of Bangor!
Green park, lots of trees. Walk there EVERY day, weather permitting. Love the smooth blacktop sidewalk around the park, and it is surrounded by some of the most homes I have ever seen. Great scenery for a long walk!
