Great experience. We picked up the last tour at 4pm. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining the entire time. Learned a lot about caves I never knew. There’s a pathway about 3/4 mile in that you walk on the entire time. Very well lit and a cool show at the end before you get to walk out on your own accord.
Amazing experience! Jason was our tour guide, and he had an so much knowledge and an infectious enthusiasm. I came in not knowing anything about caves at all and I was stunned by a whole new world carved inside rock! It was a nice bonus that it remained warm and humid during this year's brutal, extended cold spell.
What an incredible place! This is a place you really must visit to fully appreciate the natural beauty. Our tour guide was Jason and he was absolutely amazing! Tip him well folks... he's worth it! Bring a small high powered flashlight. Your phone flashlight is not enough.
This place really surprised me. Very clean very well maintained, and it was very beautiful to visit in the fall. Everyone comes here for the cave tour and it’s definitely worth the money. I would always recommend to the staff of the state park to please run a tour with adults and older children only.
