Beautiful, stunning views of cliffs and the water as you hike the trail, an easy hike overall offering many spots to go off trail and venture down to the water. Family and dog friendly- lots of folks on the trail early June. Theres a lot of picnic tables and a cool gazebo. Parking is also free.
A fantastic area to visit with gorgeous views. Unlike the adjoining state park, this one is free. There is a hiking trail right next to the shore. The water and cliffs are beautiful. This place is absolutely worth a visit even if the weather is not great (but certainly prettier when it’s sunny out).
This state park is such a hidden gem! It has gorgeous views all along the trail and lots of spots to stop and take stunning pictures. I especially love the views of the water from in-between the trees.
Beautiful little area. I believe this park is within/next to Whitefish Dunes State park. Has a 1/2 mile hiking trail that is absolutely gorgeous! Must watch you steps along the cliffside. Some kids jumping off the cliffs into the water, several photo shoots going on, a great place to see.

“The whole path has protruding tree roots so the path is not very stroller friendly but it is not a very big trail and is easy enough that we could just carry our little one.”
