Confirmed from Citizens Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sprawling recreation area with several ball fields, a splash pad, playgrounds & walking paths.
What runners say about Citizens Park
“Huge space, great walking, bathrooms were clean, concession stand available Lots of options for a fun filled day”
The fields are clean. They fenced in the fields which results in less chasing the ball and downtime. The latrines were clean. They hav a small splash pad. It also has a nice walking trail around some of the fields. It was a great experience.
Large facility! Lots of parking but may have to walk a ways…. More bathrooms would be good!! I like the set up: playground, softball fields! Great food at concessions at a decent price!
Great for walking or jogging. Its about .8 miles around the soccer field area. Not heavily congested w/people. Bathrooms are currently open. Very well kept/maintained. Pets welcome as long as they're on a leash. My new exercise spot.
There's nothing better than a big field to run around in, and this place has the best soccer and baseball fields in Aiken.
