Confirmed from City of Brunswick's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

well-maintained 7 mentions

“With well-maintained sports facilities, a large playground, and ample picnic areas, it's an ideal spot for family outings.”

Nice playground for kids! Plenty of space to run around & well maintained play equipment. My kiddo loved it!

★★★★★ — Allison , Apr 2022

Howard Coffin Park in Brunswick, Georgia, is a community treasure with something for everyone. With well-maintained sports facilities, a large playground, and ample picnic areas, it's an ideal spot for family outings.

★★★★☆ — Ryan , Aug 2023

A few baseball fields and a small playground. They have a few covered shelters for picnics yet no running water or power supply anywhere. The added item here is the inexpensive "water park" pool area. That is a welcomed item in a park. For the most part everything seems clean and well maintained.

★★★★☆ — Scott , May 2019

Amazing kids sports complex. Basketball, pickleball, softball, baseball. It is all there. Dog park. Walking running trail. Restrooms. Public swimming pool gets crowded.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
