Confirmed from City of Newburgh Waterfront Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Landscaped waterfront area with an asphalt track, a boat launch, and views of the Hudson River.

A Picturesque corner of the (near NYC) Hudson valley! Went on a day that the Water Ferry was not running to Beacon, NY, so will plan a return to take the short jaunt across the E/W coasts!
Nice enough waterfront walk. Not much tree cover. Lots of geese. Flat. Great place to walk while waiting for a table at Hudson Taco.
Great paved area that is right by the Hudson River. It’s fenced in and locked at night, but nice to walk around the asphalt track. They have benches where you can sit by the water and it’s a great spot on a sunny day.
