Confirmed from Clayton W Chandler Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Looks like a newly developed park. It is very nice. It has tennis courts, baseball ⚾🧢 field, football 🏈 ground. It has a lake, barbeque maker, picnic 🧺 table, skateboard 🛹 area, washrooms and also jungle gym. It has kids play area, lot of benches to sit 🪑.

My son loves this park. Most due to having a splash pad but outside if that they have a good selection of different areas for kids to play in. They also have a small pond with a trail to walk around. The park is well maintained and I regularly see city workers checking the water at the splash pad.

The park itself is very nice! The kids immediately got excited upon entrance. It is very well kept & one of the even better aspects are the covered bleachers! This is perfect because it is so hot out during the kiddos football games.

★★★★★ — Christina , Sep 2019

Perfect to beat the summer heat. The splash pad is the highlight but many other things to do. The monkey gym, sand play, basketball, dog trails, recreation area with grill. Parking is mostly available on regular days.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🅿️ Trailhead parking 7 mentions

“The only downfall for me was the parking, I think the parking lot should've been a little bigger.”
