Confirmed from Coal Mining Heritage Park and Loop Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park with well-maintained trails and remnants of an old coal mine for exploration.

“One of the most scenic trails around, also offers some off-road trails for bikers and enthusiasts”
Very beautiful and peaceful trail. I would like to recommend this trail strongly. I am sure but maybe 2 months ago, I found a black bear around rail road. Do not worry. A black bear was moving far from my spot. It's OK! Enjoy trail.

Well maintained mostly flat trail. Should take less than 40min. A little short, otherwise perfect.
