Confirmed from Mid County Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Large park with an activity center & pool, disc golf, a dog zone, picnicking, trails & wildlife.

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“The main part is a big giant twisty spider web of cargo nets plenty strong enough for kids of all ages :)”

Beautiful pool and water slide. Nice playground, hiking trail, large picnic pavilions.

★★★★★ — Don , Jun 2025

This is a great park. There are trails linked to a disc course, a really unique playground, clean bathrooms, pavilions, and a pool/splash pad that's $5 for entry. My kids (6-12 years old) loved the playground and had a great time exploring the trails.

Mid County Park is a wonderful out door facility. Its the perfect spot for a picnic, birthday party or other family gathering. Its conveniently located mere steps away from The Frog Pond pool. It has a beautiful sceneic trail.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
