Confirmed from Mid County Park Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice easy trails to explore with the kids and really fun climbing equipment for kids 5+. There are a couple pavilions as well. You can hear the cars on the freeway
The nature trail at Mid County Park is a great resource just a few minutes from Blacksburg and Christiansburg. Enjoy fresh air and the tranquility of the forest.
