Confirmed from College Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green space featuring a playground, a basketball court and tennis courts.

“We had a very nice picnic in the shelter house in the center of the park and it was beautiful!”
College Park is a real asset to Winchester. You can tell care went into creating a clean, modern, and inclusive space for the community. The playground is fantastic—new, thoughtfully designed, and great for kids of different ages and abilities.
Great place to hang out! Basketball, pickleball, tennis, sledding, multiple children’s playground equipment, walking paths, and even a pool! This park is a great place to be! I love walking down there with my family to spend some time. It can get pretty busy but it is always a nice time.
Park has been completely remodeled & the kiddos absolutely love it there, they call it the big blue park. The walking trail is beautiful in a very pretty neighborhood so it has a great view. Basketball and another walking trail and swimming pools are available indoors.
Very nice play structures! Plenty of green grass to frolic. Nice trees for shade. Workout equipment and walking trail. Picnic benches throughout. Very nice place for a family outing!
