Confirmed from Coopers Rock State Forest's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Very peaceful and quiet park. Awesome mountain range views. It was a very hot day so if u come in summer, bring loads of water. There are a lot of playgrounds for the kids. Great place for picnics, too. If you're coming from 40 East, the GPS stops in the middle of the road.
Coopers Rock State Park is absolutely beautiful — you really have to see it in person to appreciate it. The overlook is stunning, with sweeping views of West Virginia’s natural beauty from an exposed rock outcrop. It’s the kind of place that makes you just stop and take it all in.
