Confirmed from Courtney Campbell Causeway Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Long beachfront trail features scenic views, restrooms, parking and picnic tables.

The Causeway Trail is one of my favorite places to go. It is a great place to walk and ride bikes. It's a nice place to just hang out for the day. Lots of free parking along the trail and there is a paid parking lot that has shelters with grills and picnic tables.
I've visited the CCC a bunch of times, and it's earned a 5/5 on the GEMS of Tampa 💎 score card. I went today to exercise and take in some fresh air. As always I try to go at different times to see what the atmosphere is like. I went out about 9am today.
I love this walkway. Walking near the water is so calming and serene. The water is normally clearer. But after rainy days the water may look a little murky. Anyway it's a great place to bike or walk or run or rollerblade. Nice little pathway very clean. I don't know how many miles but quite a distance.
