Confirmed from Crandon Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful beach with lots of space to chill, play beach volleyball and frescobol, walk along the water. Great long bike path that connects to the Rickenbacker causeway Greenway - perfect for biking and rollerblading from the beach. Past the Marine stadium (I stop at the steep causeway bike path next to the cars).

Crandon Park is a beautiful park. It's a great place to take a walk and enjoy the magnificent views of Biscayne Bay. Very nice beaches, which are clean and well maintained. They offer cabana rentals on the beach ⛱️. Nice picnic areas are also available. There is an excellent assortment of wildlife here.

Crandon Park is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The beach is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with calm waters that are perfect for families. There’s plenty of space to walk, unwind, and enjoy the scenery. While parking is a bit expensive, the overall experience makes it worth it.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
