Confirmed from Ryckman Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Waterside park featuring 3 playgrounds, swings and a basketball court, along with a pier for fishing and sightseeing.
What runners say about Ryckman Park
“Four different playgrounds, preston approved, seven thumbs up big Park bathrooms very clean Boardwalk, basketball courts, tennis courts, how can you do better?”
“There is a basketball court and you can walk down the dock to fish or just look at the beautiful River.”
Great place to fish, playground, site see, great history, nice walk to the beach, store and more. Limited parking and have to pay, something new, which should change so people can enjoy more outdoors. Great spot for tourist, now, its ok for locals but not it us to be.
It has 3 separate playgrounds for the kids, ranging in size and this to me is huge. In a great way. I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old and they could both play here. Plus the older kids running around could clearly also play .
A lovely park in Melbourne Beach, Fl This park is located at the turn where Ocean Ave turns north and becomes Riverside Drive. It is across from Djon’s Steak and Lobster house and to the west of the Fire station. It has several nice features to it.
Very nice park with lots of playgrounds and equipment for the young kids. Basketball and tennis courts for teens and adults. Something for everyone to enjoy. A pier to the river close by for a pleasing walk. Even historical buildings. Very worth while park to enjoy Florida weather.
