Confirmed from Creek Ridge County Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Awesome place and free! We went blueberry picking and wanted to look for a nice picnic spot to have lunch. They had a nice paved trail to walk, a small creek to look at. Bathrooms were decent. Disc golf and volleyball net was all ready to use. I guess you can even rent out the pavilion for a big party.

I love this place, and so does my dog. Unfortunately my dog doesn't play well with others, so she isn't allowed in the off leash dog park area, but all the dogs in there were having so much fun and I was jealous watching them lol. We stick to the trails and have an awesome time.

Great spot for a stop on a road trip to pet our little one run around. The playground equipment is new and fun and the park is well kept.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
