Confirmed from Creekside Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Creekside Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (134 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🌳 shaded & cool 5 mentions

“A wonderful small shady park and playground with picnic tables, water fountain, grass, and access to Stevens Creek Trail.”

Nice little playground for kids 2-5yrs. A water fountain nearby, shaded picnic tables and an entrance to the Steven’s Creek trail. Cute little park. No bathrooms

★★★★★ — Mariya , Apr 2021

Great park for toddlers and older. Decent amount of shade in the morning, there are tables with benches and it’s right off of Steven’s creek trail. I docked one star because the trail often is busy with bicyclists who don’t always slow down for the children in the park. It’s also not fenced in.

★★★★☆ — Kyla , Jul 2019

What a beautiful park! Bike trails and a wonderful playground. Picnic tables and benches for those who want to rest. Saw many people walking their dogs too!

★★★★★ — Carol , Jan 2019

Less crowded. Leads to a serene walking/biking trail. Very safe play area for kids. Adults can as well rest in the shades and the grass while the kids play.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
