Confirmed from Stevens Creek Trail, Middlefield Entrance's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“One of my favorite trails to walk or jog ride a bike or dog walk/jog”
I use this trail all the time for my long runs. It goes all the way and eventually connects with the bay trail along mountain view, and then heads into Palo Alto by the 101. So, you can pretty much go as far as you want to.
Sometimes it’s hard to navigate through it if you’re going to a specific place but other than that it’s a good route to get to places
Great trail to go for run near NASA's Ames Research Center. Easy access to get to the shore and no cars to deal with.
Solid paved trail for walking, biking and dog walking. We were able to do 5 miles total, out and back in a couple hours, walking our dog.

“There are a few water fountains but hardly any restrooms until you get out to near by the shoreline golf course along the bay trail, so be prepared!”
