Confirmed from Cushman Trail - 14th Ave Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Long, well-maintained trail featuring scenic views, paved sections and some hills, popular for hiking and biking.

“If you like historic scenic or hiking this is a local spot to hit up.”
If you like historic scenic or hiking this is a local spot to hit up. The trail has several legs to it and you can hike them all back to back to walk from Tacoma to the Olympic Mountains so it's not common but also not unusual to see a backpacker on the trail
Begin/End of Cushman trail. Room for about 20 car parking, i have never seen it full. Trail is for non-motorized. Trail is paved and no tree shade. Not scenic. Small gradual hills.
Beautiful place to walk. My 2 dogs got out in the area and we are still looking for them. There are signs posted all over. They are very scared and hiding except at night. If you see them please call the number on the signs.
The best trail for running, walking, biking, longboarding on the Kitsap Peninsula. This trail is clean, pavement is in excellent condition, and there are restrooms and restaurants along the way.
