great place to go hiking with the dogs or the family. this trail has some amazing views and its even better in the fall
Great fall colors and more trees than you expect. The hike all the way to the top of Kinport Peak leads you through several different types of vegetation zones. Great view from the top. The parking can get a little crazy later in the day.
nice trailhead. nice view of the valley from the parking lot. I would bring a map because the trails are confusing.
Starting out you are pretty exposed and not much shade until you drop down on the City Creek side.
