Confirmed from Dallas City Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large picnic-friendly area featuring hiking paths, barbecues, disc golf and swimming.

I've been coming to this park for 20+ years ever since I was a kid. Over time, it has only improved! The river is clean and beautiful. There's lots of wildlife and plenty of well-kept trails to walk from one end of the park to the other and you can feel safe doing so either alone or with others.

Beautiful well kept park!! We jogged here one misty morning and I found so many trees with burls! The paths were nice and all of the areas just look well thought out and loved.
Nice little swimming hole to cool off from the heat. 18 holes of Frisbee golf, biking/walking trails, playground equipment, BBQ pits, nice for family gatherings!
