Confirmed from Discovery District Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 48-acre park features soccer fields, basketball courts, jogging trails, a playground & a lake.

“Beautiful park with lovely water features, covered picnic areas, lots of grass, a variety of ducks, sand volleyball, basketball courts and a covered playground.”
“This park offers a serene atmosphere ideal for families, couples, and solo visitors.”
This was a pretty cool park. It's actually not 100% a park there's about four swings and a little rock climbing area. They also have a basketball court and a volleyball area. Walking around the whole entire park distance would be a couple miles so that's awesome. They have steps to work out on also which was cool.
I really enjoyed my walk around discovery Park. It was a bonus having a full moon to admirer as I walked. You can walk around the entire park or you could walk along the lakes as well. They have volleyball, basketball, several fields, patios to gather for birthday party’s .
Such a beautiful park, especially for an amazing Arizona January day! People fishing, walking, running, playing flag football, basketball, sitting enjoying the weather, and junior cadets drilling in the field. Perfect place to relax or exercise. Well maintained with lots of covered picnic/grill areas as well.
Very nice park, lots of birds. Two man-made lakes and a waterfall. There's fishing allowed. I also have a basketball court and volleyball. Also playgrounds .Very nice park to walk around.
