Confirmed from Discovery Lake's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly destination featuring paved walkways around a lake, playgrounds and a fountain.

Lovely little lake. You can walk around it, it's about a mile walk. It's a paved trail with dirt trail option that runs along side of it..for if you had a mountain bike or horse. Then it looks like it connects to other trail systems if you want to head out farther! One trail goes up the double peak park.
This lake is a hidden gem! The evening walk was so refreshing and loved seeing community. The park is clean, multiple trails, fishing, running trails, play structures for children and a lot of smiling faces. Definitely recommend.
This hidden neighborhood gem allows our community to enjoy nature in our backyard. Several trails including one leads to Double Peak mountain. Come enjoy our ducks and a variety of other birds! Children enjoy the water play station which runs a few times per day.
