Confirmed from DNRT Parsons Reserve Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 3 mentions

“This was such a beautiful peaceful place.”

So very beautiful! The trail to get to the daffodil fields was less than 10 minutes. And pretty easy hike. And the walk through could probably be done in 5 minutes. But it's truly breathtaking, so your feet don't move too quick. Lol It took us about 10/15 minutes. It's truly so very pretty.

Beautiful nature trail and it’s definitely worth taking a walk through this time of year the foliage is beautiful the water is tranquil and it’s just very peaceful just remember if you go alone bring me some mase just in case there’s some creeps out there!

★★★★★ — Steph , Nov 2021

We visited April 23rd and the daffodils looked amazing! It’s a short walk from the main parking lot to the daffodil field and well maintained trails the whole way. They had staff set up at the field to answer questions and sell dnrt tshirts.

★★★★★ — Madeline , May 2025

This was a lovely place to see the daffodils in bloom. The hike to the field on a glorious day was relatively easy. I did use walking poles to steady my feet. I am glad I did have them. It's about a mile round trip. Parking was difficult. The parking lot was full by 10:30 am.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
