The Dover city park is an excellent place for people of all ages & lifestyles. I've been coming here for years. Individuals can find beautiful paths to walk, swings by the pond to enjoy, or open spaces & fresh air. The playground is awesome! Always kids for mine to play with.
Dover has a really beautiful park for the residents to enjoy. Baseball/softball(home of the State Champs😀) fields for all ages and a large playground area for the younger children. Tennis and pickleball courts too. Walking path that leads up to a gorgeous pond area that is well maintained.
Well maintained city park. Nice, updated playground equipment for children, a nice lake with a fountain in the middle, ampitheatre, picnic areas, swimming pool and baseball fields. No walking trails like in a state park. Restrooms available by the tennis courts. Kept fairly clean.
Have always loved walking at the park and I hadn't been there for about a year and was pleasantly surprised to see the new swings around the pond. They are wonderful,especially at my age, a great place to take a break!!
