We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Duck Creek Linear Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wildlife-rich urban park featuring jogging trails, a playground and picnic tables for a fun family outing.
What runners say about Duck Creek Linear Park
“It is so beautiful to watch and such a gorgeous place to live.”
“Great place for a quiet lunch or walk.”
This is a nice place to jog or inline skate. When I was a kid I would skate here a lot and even "creek stomp" during the summer. The last time came here I went to a birthday party at the picnic area. It still seemed to be just as nice as it was when I frequented it some years ago.
Our house is right on the trail so it's convenient. Great space to walk or ride. If you love wildlife, definitely stop and enjoy the dozens of turtles, cranes, ducks, squirrels, etc. Just wish they had a little night lighting for safety.
Very peaceful park. Quiet. Great place to read or have a picnic. There are paved sidewalks that allow plenty of space of joggers and walkers. Dog friendly. Kid friendly. Pretty patches if wildflowers in the spring.
Lovely park, the birds are friendly and squirrels too. Lots of seating and wonderful walking paths.
