Confirmed from Duncan Drive Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Duncan Drive Trailhead
“Really beautiful all around and clearly well maintained.”
“For an easy walk for that needed nature bath away from the big city this is definitely a destination spot.”
There were tons of wild berries, the paths were well kept and clear, and the river was calm with lots of places to get right next to it to check it out. We saw signs of bears in the area though (because of the berries) so I recommend bear spray!
Great little trailhead! My husband's name is Duncan so we had to stop by to see it. Really beautiful all around and clearly well maintained. Great for families as it was really low intensity. More of a walk than a hike!
It's a nice entry into the middle Rattlesnake trail system and a nice way to approach the recreation area. The new parking is a huge improvement.
Access to walking trails head North to Rattlesnake Rec area, or South towards Greeno Park. Follows Rattlesnake creek.
