Confirmed from Greenough Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Was an excellent trail to venture on with friends and pets. Had a great time letting my puppers chalantly walking around in the creek. Wouldve walked in the water myself but didn't have suitable footwear to do so. Maybe for another time.

Wow! I loved this park. It has a playground area but the trails were the best part. Me & my husband are from Great Falls and thought it would be a short trail past the bridge but it kept going! There is paved trails & dirt for walking which get closer to the water. So beautiful!

Wow. We just looked up a random park with a trail for our puppy and kids to walk around and this one was beautiful. Clean. Little playground with covered tables nearby. There were port a potties also. A beautiful river with multiple bridges to walk across. It smelled so nice and fresh there. I already want to go back.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
