Confirmed from Dunham's Brook Conservation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Parkland, wetland and wooded area with marked trails for birdwatching, hiking and dog walking.
What runners say about Dunham's Brook Conservation Area
“Walking trails in a very beautiful part of Westport.”
Not a bad hiking area, but there isn't much to look at or anything that stands out.
The site consists of three trails. Initially, the hike meanders through wetlands briefly. All three trails will bring you too n huge pasture. Choosing the green trail will provide the longest hike, which includes the entire length of the pasture. It's a very enjoyable hike, one which will please nature lovers.
South Coast Massachusetts has some truly fantastic trails to hike with a little bit of free time. This it's just one of our great trails.
Nice mix of wetlands, woodlands and farm leading to a variety of bird sounds. Trails were well marked.
