Confirmed from Eagle Ridge Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“Followed the easy trail along the rim of the canyon.”

We did some snowshoeing here recently, and really enjoyed the views. There were not a lot of people, and the snow was great. During the summer time this place is a mountain biking Mecca, and can be quite crowded on the weekends.

This trail is primarily a mountain bike playground! But, it is still a great hike for those traveling on feet! Make sure to keep an ear out for bikes, and to step a side to let them through. There is a lovely balance of inclines and declines.

Scenic and fairly easy hike. Fun to see Mountain Bikers on other trails.

★★★★★ — Tiffany , Jul 2022

I have no idea if this is a good hiking spot or not, but the view is fantastic! We came to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July and we’re highly impressed with what this location offered us.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 23 mentions

“The view here is insane, made me feel like I was in an island, you can only see the lake and more mountains.”
