A landscape continuation of beautiful green space and big trees from the El Dorado West City Park, tho less crowded! One of my favorite family parks, as it’s a more private park goers experience.
It's a beautiful park with lots of green space, trees and grass. There's a dog park right at the entrance. Camping is also available, with permits, for organizations and groups. A man-made lake is at the center of the park where plenty of ducks and other wildlife can be observed. Speaking of which?
Beautiful, magical, extremely well-maintained. There are shorter and longer loops. Not all loops are wheelchair accessible, but some are, and those are lovely. Food and drinks are not allowed inside, but at the far end of the parking lot is an open grass area and tables for picnicking. The restrooms are also there.
Great place to spend some time outdoors. There are multiple trails you can take that differ in difficulty. No difficulty steel hills, but still plenty of scenery for you to enjoy. There are squirrels everywhere and they are not shy to get up close. You'll also see turtles and plenty of birds.
