Confirmed from Emerald Estates Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 5-acre neighborhood park features a playground, fitness & sports facilities, shelters & more.

Very nice little park with a lake/ waterway with some birds and signs warning that Alligators maybe present. It has a covered playground, workout stations, tennis court, basketball ball court, picnic tables a walking path with bench along the way, nice little escape in this tucked away area in Weston.
Great little park with a rookery for mostly storks, egrets and cormorants. Walk around the south side along the canal for a closer look. February and March are usually good months to see baby storks. Bring binoculars if you have them.
