Confirmed from Vista View Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Rolling hills & fitness trails offer exercise opportunities with picnic shelters & playgrounds.
What runners say about Vista View Park
“The park is always very clean and well maintained, and you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the space enjoyable for everyone.”
“Even though the hills here were created from what used to be a landfill, after years of restoration they now look like beautiful small mountains rising above the landscape.”
“Vista View Park is widely visited by families, fitness enthusiasts, and nature lovers because of its peaceful environment and panoramic views.”
Vista View Park is a beautiful spot to spend time with family or friends, or just enjoy a peaceful moment alone. The views from the hills are great, with trails, picnic shelters with grills, and plenty of wildlife, squirrels, iguanas, lizards, even raccoons.
A family favorite and very unique place! Good for family with kids , singles, couples you name it! It has a little bit for everyone from vast open spaces to set up for a picnic, or flying kites, playgrounds for kids yes plural. Bike trail and also running paved paths.
Wow! I really enjoyed this park. It admittedly is built on top of the reclaimed recycling area, but in Florida the elevation gives it a view of the entire area. Great hiking trails. You can bring your horse ride bicycles. Walk your dog. Fly your airplane. It's amazing
My wife and I have done 5K and 10K races at Vista View so we HAVE been all over the park. We have spent non-race time at the park occasionally giving us plenty of open space and trails/paths to hike on. Great views from the hills
