Small parking lot but a MAGNIFICENT TREE!!. One of the few remaining LARGE LIVE OAKS in the SOUTH - well over 400 yrs old. Beyond the trail are some good walking trails that extend through Bulow Creek park ... easy trails for hiking or walking
Only stopped quickly and walked the informational trail loop, but it is a lovely park. Cool local wildlife and a wonderful dense primeval forest. Will definitely go back and make a longer day Nice picnic area and restrooms in the parking lot also
Peaceful serene park with 600 year old oak! Amazing. Highly recommend visiting and taking one of the hiking trails exploring unspoiled Florida nature. Great place to enjoy. May need bug repellent.
Great little park! Hard to believe that live oak tree could be around 500yrs old. Worth the stop and decent hiking trails just be ready for mud about 1 mile in. Only path in life is forward!
