Confirmed from Fairland Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational area with athletic fields, trails, and an Olympic-size pool, plus tennis and pickleball courts.

It is a nice place for soccer, ground tennis and to bike, and walk in the trails .
Beautiful park with lots of paths and tall trees. Walking is sweet here. There's a couple of playgrounds for the little ones, and plenty space for parking.
First time here. Saw it on the map and was curious to see it. Great place for walking and hiking! The walking path is very long. Also a good place for parties because the pavilion and playground are right next to each other. Parents can easily view their kids as they play.
Visiting Fairland Regional Park was an amazing experience and a perfect escape into nature right in the Laurel area! The park is beautifully maintained with wide open spaces, scenic trails, and plenty of areas to relax or stay active.
