Confirmed from Fairview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Fairview Park
“Hospital is clean and the staff is thorough, attentive and knowledgable.”
“Beautiful scenery and I love that I find it peaceful.”
“Apart from that it was a lovely walk and very quiet a nice place to get away from the rush and chaos of life”
The crush and run gravel on the walking trail has lots of mud holes, and was better when they had the asphalt trail. Pond needs to be cleaned my daughter and I saw two big fish dead on the bank. Apart from that it was a lovely walk and very quiet a nice place to get away from the rush and chaos of life
A beautiful and clean place to walk or run. You can enjoy the geese and wildlife in the water and is a good overall free experience. Downsides: watch out for that goose poo! Also, the track is rather uneven and bumpy so watch you step. Otherwise perfect place to walk.
A quiet little park by the hospital. Needs some plants to cut down on lawn maintenance. Pay a professional to design something to make it nicer. No bathroom. A trail and a lake.
Peaceful...Rlly nice place to walk..eat or just enjoy sitting watching the ducks on the pond..

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
