Review is from my visit/hike in the park from August 2022. Very pretty stroll in the early AM before hiking over in CDA for the rest of the day. Not much water flowing when I was there but it varies from time to time, sometimes greatly. Beautiful area of the country, one of my favorites.
A nice little park with short walks and views of the Spokane River and dam. This isn’t a major attraction in Coeur d’Alene, but it can be a pleasant stop - if you manage to get there. Ongoing I-90 construction makes access a bit tricky from downtown, and the park’s own parking lot is also under construction.
I've lived very close to this park for years but never walked over until recently. It feels like a very pretty little oasis right by my home. It's perfectly maintained and a pleasure to walk through. I'm super excited to see it when leaves start turning colors!
Falls Park is a delightful park in Post Falls. It has a small playground for children and a paved trail along the river with historical information about the old dam. I enjoyed walking the trail with my family.
