Fanno Creek Park is super pretty with lots of water. The creeks are full of all kinds of animals. It's a great spot for jogging, running, and walking. The park is really dog-friendly, but please make sure to pick up after your pet.
At over 30 acres Fanno Creek Park offers a wonderful chance at some quiet time and a pause from life’s hustle & bustle. Composed of wooded & grassy wetlands it basically intermingles with Downtown Tigard stretching from Main Street to past the Public Library.
It's not the most beautiful place this time of year, but it is a nice walk and I love the downtown Tigard area. Watch out for the lady who says she's from Clean Water Services and is feeding ducks and you happen to be there and she kicks you out of a public area because you scared some ducks away, looking at a Nutria…
This was a great way to get the dogs out and beat the heat. A lot of Fanno Creek trail is sheltered from the sun by amazing trees and greenery. Much of the trails goes along Fanno Creek and divides wetlands, the nature parks and green spaces from residential areas.
